The light above the bed was not working, but upon informing the staff, they promptly took care of it and fixed the problem. Their efficient response and willingness to assist was commendable. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient, with easy access to the Cuatro Caminos metro station and several shops nearby. The wifi connection was reliable, and the bed was comfortable.
